Well where do I start! If you ever have a panic attack during an appointment, I hope it’s with the ladies at Lysh! Sarah and Stephanie were so amazing, it was the first time sitting in with Stephanie and she did an amazing job. Both were very understanding and patient. I’m very happy with my hair colour, thank you so much for your kindness!! You guys both rock, looking forward to my next appointment!!

Sarah is excellent. I love how she cuts and colours my hair, at every appointment. She listens and knows my preferences and never tries to convince me to try anything else, unless I ask her about it. She always gives me a hair cut that I can easily style at home. She truly cares about the health of hair and uses the best products! Thanks Sarah!

What do you like about our services?
I love the beautifully decorated, comfortable & inviting salon. Sarah (owner) is an amazing stylist who uses fantastic products that I use st home in between appointments. I always feel on top of the world when I leave the salon & would recommend Sarah & Lysh Salon to anyone.

What do you like about our services?
The staff were all really friendly. I loved that your salon accepts walk ins, so that makes it easy to fit in an appt when it is convenient. The salon is bright and airy. The young lady who cut my hair did a great job, and she was really sweet natured.

I love going to Lysh and so do my kids. It’s the best place in town!!! The stylists are excellent; they offer ear piercing and the most fantastic make up range and the hair products are wonderful!!

Sarah cuts my hair perfectly and knows just what I want. She gives great suggestions when I ask for her opinion.
I am really impressed with the Surface line of hair products she carries. Surface is a great company that is committed to people and the planet. For instance, 10% of their profits go towards charity.

Excellent hair stylists! Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The salon was used to prepare for my wedding and Sarah made us feel so special and beautiful for the big day!

Excellent hair dressers, beautiful space, comfortable chairs, being offered a drink, getting before/after photos, getting make up done at the end. It was all a great experience, and nice hair at the end to top it off!

Very accommodating and very interested in the clients comfort and needs. She took the picture and helped make the hairstyle best fit my face and look while keeping as close as possible. I could not be happier and felt amazing today. I can’t wait to recreate it for the wedding!

great personal service. The stylists listen to your requests. The stylists are just great. Love the extra’s such as an offer of coffee, cold beverage etc and of course the massage chairs. A place to get pampered.

I love how welcoming everyone is! Also the fact that they really listen to what I would like. My hair is amazing. I would and have recommended your services to friends and family! I always leave feeling amazing. Not only is my hair cut and styled the way I want it all of the time by the amazing Sarah, the experience and atmosphere at Lysh is awesome. I should also add that the Surface products superior to anything I’ve ever used and they last forever!

What do you like about our services?
The atmosphere, when you walk in not only do you get greeted by the girl doing your service but you get greeted by all the girls and they remember and use your name.
The brightness of the shop.
The absolute favourite thing for me is the way Nadine washes my hair and massages my scalp. Dawn and Sara are also very good at this service. I get chicken skin from all of them and I am convinced the reason for this is they all go above and beyond just making it another day at the hair dresser.

I’ve always had a 100% positive experience at Lysh. Sarah is great and a styling session with her feels like catching up with an old friend. I have always been very happy with my hair treatments and would highly recommend the salon to others!

What an amazing salon, the staff are warm and welcoming, they listen to their clients and are the best at what they do!
Things I love about this salon:
– staff really care about their clients and what they want
– staff proud of the town of Fernie and the people of Fernie
– staff are competent and good at what they do
– staff take pride and put a lot of detail in their jobs
– hi-tech salon
– loved that cupcakes were offered
– staff gave me vacation tips on great places to eat and places to visit

What do you like about our services?
I’m normally pretty apprehensive about getting my hair cut and always find myself being vague when asked ‘what would I like’. I’m also I bit of a perfectionist! So I’m rarely 100% happy when I leave the salon.
Sarah knew exactly what I wanted and recommended cutting my hair using a razor technique.
I’ve never had this suggested before and it was exactly what I needed to get the style I’ve been trying to perfect over the last year!
Having visited many different stylists and always feeling disappointed, I was considering changing the style as just thought my hair type wasn’t capable of it, but now I’ve found someone who really understands exactly what I was trying to achieve – Sarah you nailed it! Thank you

Efficient,fast service.They care about the clients wants and needs. Very attentive and suitable to fit the client in wherever availability allows.Reminder calls for next appt. that I find helpful,because sometimes I do tend to forget or lose my card with next appt..The facility/salon is very clean, bright and the girls are always happy to see you offering homemade goodies and coffee while you wait. You have very comfortable couches or chairs to sit in while reading magazines and sipping coffee until its your turn in the stylists’ chair. What do you like about our services?
I love the cut I received from your salon. It has a great atmosphere beautiful décor.
My stylist did an excellent job. It was the first time I came out of a salon smiling in years. These ladies know what there doing. I must say I would love to return weekly for a shampoo and dry the scalp massage is amazing!
